RUMP CAP ‘PICANHA’ STEAKS, 3 x 6oz
Traditionally a Brazilian cut, the Rump Cap or ‘Picanha’ Steak is full of flavour and makes a fantastic BBQ steak cut / BBQ skewers. Rump Cap steaks have good fat coverage to keep the steak moist, whilst packing plenty of flavour.
Serves 3, each rump cap steak is carefully hand cut into a perfect portion for one.
Supplied chilled and vacuum packed. Store at < 5°C. See label on pack for shelf life. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase.
Pan Frying / Grilling / BBQ
Best served Medium Rare – the core temperature of the steak should be 55-57oC.
