Beef party pops with a Sweet Soya Sauce, Garlic, Chilli and Ginger glaze (10 balls)

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, shape into balls. Fry in a little oil in a pan until nicely browned and finish in a moderate oven for a few minutes until fully cooked.

To glaze- fry diced chilli, garlic and ginger in the oil for 1 minute, add the meatballs. Then add the soya sauce and the ketjap manis and toss the meatballs to coat in the glaze. Stick a skewer in each meatball to serve.
