Fry the onion, pepper and garlic for 2 minutes, add the beef and cook until the mince is fully browned. Now add the chilli, paprika, cumin and marjoram. Cook for 1 minute before adding the sugar, puree, chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, stock and water. Cook for 10 minutes then transfer into an oven dish-cover and cook in an oven at 160ºC for 1 hour.
Serve with boiled rice, tortilla chips and sour cream.
