Waterford Harvest Festival
Great fun was had by all at this year’s Dawn Meats ‘Top Chef Taste Experience’ at Waterford’s Harvest Festival. All meat used in the cookery demos was supplied by The Premium Butcher.
The event is a weekend of cookery demos from some of the South East’s top chefs, which was held in the Dawn Meats marquee from 6th – 9th September.
Celebrity Chef Edward Hayden, Jenny Flynn, Head Chef at Faithlegg House Hotel, Eric Théze of La Boheme Restaurant & Winebar, Emiliano Cislaghi of Emiliano’s Restaurant and Eoin Aulsberry of Holycross Restaurant & Bar all gave highly entertaining and mouth watering demos to packed houses and everyone was delighted to get a taste of all the fabulous dishes prepared!
