Tied 5 Bone Rib Roast, 2.5kg+

Our Tied 5 Bone Rib Roast is a first-class roasting joint, which produces a sensational flavour and is beautifully tender. Prime rib claims center stage at any celebration for very good reason. It is the king of beef cuts. A bone-in prime rib roast is also called a standing rib roast because you position the roast majestically on its rib bones in the roasting pan to cook it. Beautifully marbled with fat, this roast is rich, juicy, and tender—a feast for the eyes and the belly. Always a winner at the table!

Approx. 8 people. Always depends on portion sizes.

Supplied chilled and vacuum packed. Store at < 5°C. See label on pack for shelf life. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase, but please be advised that bone-in joints are sometimes hampered by the freezing/defrosting process and may not be the same quality as when cooked fresh.

Best served medium for maxium flavour.
