Spiced Lamb Skewers With a Mint & Chive Yoghurt Dip
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
Lamb Skewers
500 grams Lamb mince
1 teaspoons Cumin Ground
2 teaspoons Coriander Ground
2 whole garlic Crushed
1 tablespoons Mint Chopped
Yogurt Dip
150 grams Natural Yogurt
1 handfull Chives Finely Chopped
1 handfull Mint Finely Chopped
1 pinch Black Pepper
1 pinch Salt
DIRECTIONS
Combine the mince in a large bowl and shape around wooden skewer.
Cook on a barbeque/ in a frying pan/ in the oven at 180ºC.
For the chive yogurt, combine all ingredients together and leave to blend.
