How can I order?

Browse our range of products; select your products and then follow the checkout instructions, and we will deliver it straight to your door.

what payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard and Laser credit/ debit cards are accepted as well as the paypal function.
When can i expect my delivery?
We can deliver your order on your chosen day, (Wednesday to Friday). Your order will be delivered by our couriers DPD. You should receive a text from them on the delivery day advising you of an approximate delivery time. Unfortunately, sometimes due to reasons beyond our control, there may be a delay with our courier and your order may arrive the following day. Please notify our office at info@thepremiumbutcher.ie if there is any issue with your delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact time for delivery. It is therefore essential that, when placing your order, you provide us with two contact telephone numbers as well as instructions for the courier should you happen to be out when your goods are delivered.
what if i miss my delivery?
Don’t Panic! It’s not the end of the world if you’re not at home for the courier! We have your contact details and should you require, we can leave your package with a neighbour. We can also deliver your package to your workplace should you specify this at the time of ordering. Our specially designed cooler box maintains its temperature of 0-4ºC for up to 48hrs, and so will keep your products fresh until you can get to storing them in a fridge/ freezer.
What if there's an issue with my order?
If you do not receive your order on the specified date or there was an issue with the products in your order, please email all details to us as soon as possible (send order details and photos of any labels and products with issues) to www.thepremiumbutcher.ie and customer service will follow-up on it.
