Beef party pops with a Sweet Soya Sauce, Garlic, Chilli and Ginger glaze
INGREDIENTS
For The Beef Party Pops
500 grams Minced Beef
3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 tbsp Sriracha
1 tsp Ground nutmeg
4 whole Garlic cloves minced
1 whole orange zested
1 spinkle Seasoning to personal taste
1 handful Coriander chopped
For The Glaze
2 tablespoons Oil
1 whole Red Chilli deseeded
2 whle Garlic cloves
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon ketjap manis
1 teaspoon ginger
DIRECTIONS
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, shape into balls.
Fry in a little oil in a pan until nicely browned and finish in a moderate oven for a few minutes until fully cooked.
For the glaze, fry diced chilli, garlic and ginger in the oil for 1 minute, add the meatballs.
Then add the soya sauce and the ketjap manis and toss the meatballs to coat in the glaze.
Stick a skewer in each meatball to serve.
