Lamb Cheeseburgers In Brioche Buns

For The Burgers

600 grams Lamb mince

1 whole Onion Chopped

2 whole Garlic cloves Chopped

1 whole Egg

1 teaspoon Cumin

1 teaspoon Paprika

10 grams Mint Chopped

1 dash Oil

Build The Burgers

8 whole Brioche Buns

2 Handfull Mixed Leaves

8 Pieces Gouda Cheese


In a large bowl, mix the mince, onion, garlic, egg, cumin, paprika, mint, salt and pepper.

Fry the burgers in oil for 6-8 minutes, toast the brioche buns.

Add some dressed salad leaves beneath the burger and top it with the cheese.
