Our quality Irish Beef Brisket is a great value joint taken from the breast of the animal. Ideal for Low and Slow cooking and various barbecuing techniques, it is favoured as a smoking cut and promises meltingly tender beef.

Sourced exclusively from Irish farms that produce consistent quality cattle that are free to graze the rich Irish pastures just as nature intended.
