Our quality Irish Beef Brisket is a great value joint taken from the breast of the animal. Ideal for Low and Slow cooking and various barbecuing techniques, it is favoured as a smoking cut and promises meltingly tender beef. Left flat by our butchers, at 3kg we have trimmed and removed the inner fat, but we have kept enough of the fat on the top to give the beef more flavour and moisture during cooking.
