RACK OF LAMB, 550G

Visually stunning, the rack of lamb is the most premium cut for good reason; it’s lean, tender and packed with flavour. Great for roasting whole or slicing into cutlets. Showcasing our skilled butchery we french trim the rib bone so that it looks as impressive as it tastes. An ideal roasting joint for two or cut into cutlets.

Sourced exclusively from Irish farms that produce consistent quality lambs that are free to graze the rich Irish pastures just as nature intended. Our lamb promises distinctive rich sweet flavour notes owing to the lush Irish pastures where they graze on a diet of natural grasses, herbs and wild flowers.

As a key dish ingredient, 550g rack of lamb will serve 2 people.

Supplied chilled and vacuum packed. Store at < 5°C. See label on pack for shelf life. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase.

CHEFS TIPS & RECIPE

A fantastic alternative to a larger lamb roast, the rack of lamb’s smaller size makes it an ideal roasting joint for two. For a dinner party wow factor – cook 2 racks and present with the ribs interlocking for a showstopping “Guard of Honour”. Best served Medium.
